Commisioned by multinational company Global Switch to make a piece of public art for the 50M street frontage to their Sydney headquarters, the brothers came up with this design for Global Space. It was fully approved and budgeted by Global Switch but subsequently took one year to get approval from the RTA (road transport authority) by which time the parent company in the UK pulled the budget due to the whole dotcom bubble bursting. If fully commisioned it would have been the largest piece of electronic art on permanant public display in Australia at that time.
